SHIPPING POLICY

Shipping Methods

We ship all orders via UPS within the United States only. At checkout, you can select from available UPS shipping options based on your location and desired delivery speed.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Delivery Time

Delivery times vary depending on the shipping method you select at checkout:

• UPS Ground: Typically 3-7 business days
• UPS 2nd Day Air: 2 business days
• UPS Next Day Air: 1 business day

Delivery timeframes are estimates provided by UPS and are not guaranteed. Processing time is in addition to shipping time.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location, package weight, and selected shipping method.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a UPS tracking number so you can monitor your delivery.

Shipping Restrictions

We currently ship to addresses within the United States only. We cannot ship to P.O. boxes for certain shipping methods - please provide a physical street address when possible.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method for returns.

Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
