RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of purchase. To be eligible for a return, products must be unopened and in their original sealed packaging.

How to Initiate a Return

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method used for purchase. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

Non-Returnable Items

Items that have been opened, installed, or are not in their original sealed condition cannot be accepted for return.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately at theferalrooster@gmail.com with photos. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund.
